Happiness is an elusive concept that varies from person to person. It comprises of a range of not just emotions, but positive emotions including joy, contentment, satisfaction, and fulfilment. However happiness is like a journey that people strive to reach a destination, but in order to reach it requires attention and effort.

Do you know that happiness and sorrow are seeds you sow?. Yes, it's result is either getting some bitter or some sweet fruits of your karmas.

Scholars in this field of positive psychology have done several research giving insights into its nature and what determines it. They identified several aspects that contributes to happiness. These aspects include positive relationship s, gratitude optimism, mental health among others.

Taking a look to some of these aspects in my perspective, Physical and mental well-being are vital contributors to our happiness. Regular exercise, a nutritious diet, sufficient sleep, and stress management techniques all play a crucial role in maintaining good physical health. Simultaneously, tending to our mental health through practices like mindfulness, meditation, therapy, and self-care routines fosters emotional resilience and inner peace.

Also, Practicing gratitude and cultivating an optimistic mindset can transform our perception of the world and enhance our happiness.

Gratitude involves recognizing and appreciating the positive aspects of our lives, fostering a sense of abundance and contentment. Optimism, on the other hand, allows us to approach challenges with a positive outlook, believing in our ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions.

If we want to feel more joy then, let us stay healthy and explore this science in our daily lives. Smile more often wherever you get a grin on your face!.
